NYJN’s members are working to create systemic youth justice transformation in states across the country. Our members work across a variety of issue areas involving the youth legal system with the collective goal of moving policies and practices away from policing and prisons toward those that prioritize community-based, trauma-informed and healing-centered responses to youth needs.
Why Become a Member?
NYJN provides members a connection to a national body of youth justice advocates working similarly across the country to transform youth legal systems. By joining NYJN, members gain access to peer support, technical assistance, community building, leadership development and a unified voice that supports transformation efforts on the ground.
